Mike Hughes started Network Titan with the vision of creating a Network Operations Center (NOC) streamlined to provide a complete IT solution for small and medium-sized businesses. He started from the ground up, working as a NOC analyst for AT&T Webhosting, providing monitoring and management for the global Internet backbone and datacenters. Mike quickly developed expert planning, design and troubleshooting skills and rose through the ranks to eventually become a Senior Tier 3 Network Engineer. During that seven-year period at AT&T, he worked directly with companies of all sizes, from single-server low-bandwidth environments to Fortune 500 operations with hundreds of servers and strict security requirements in multiple datacenters.
The commonality between these seemingly different types of customers is this: When service of any kind is disrupted, whether it’s email, database access or web presence, it hurts the smaller companies just as hard or harder than the mammoth corporations. The Network Titan mission is to provide customers with outstanding IT support at a fraction of the cost of employing full-time staff. Timely and courteous customer service is a requirement for every employee, and we’re not satisfied until we know each of our customers will happily refer us to every business owner or manager they know.
